Business owners and the authorities the world over are becoming more aggressive about protecting Intellectual Property assets. This session will focus on what business owners should know about making sure their business is not accused of counterfeiting, and also, what businesses need to know about making sure they protect their Intellectual Property, so that if their Intellectual Property is copied, the business can move swiftly to protect its assets. 2) General Intellectual Property Issues every business owner should be aware of: Did you know that every employee and independent contractor you have should sign an agreement acknowledging that any Intellectual Property they create while working for your business belongs to the business and not to them personally? Do you know what a business can copyright? Trademark? This session will review basic elements of Intellectual Property that every business owner needs to know.

Mr. Chavez, a UPS logistics expert, will discuss ways companies can benefit from Logistics - the most powerful force in business today. UPS offers options to win customers' hearts.
