How Much Should I Buy?

Mort Haaz has been involved in retailing since 1965 and has owned and operated small and large single stores as well as multiple-unit operations. In 1970 Mort developed an open-to-buy system for his own use to control his overbuying habit. In 1985 he formed OTB Retail Systems, redesigned the system, and began marketing it as a paper based system to other retailers as THE OTB BOOK. In 1987 he introduced THE OTB BOOK as software, and in 2010 put the system online as myotbplan.com. Elsie Pon has been an associate of Mort Haaz since 2000 and has participated in many of his presentations. She is an experienced speaker and very familiar with the problems facing retailers.
