Assistant EVENT Operations Manager

DEPARTMENT: CMC EVENTS TEAM

Located in the heart of downtown's LA Fashion District, California Market Center (CMC) has a rich, 60-year legacy as the hub of the Fashion, Textile, and Creative Industries in Los Angeles. After a $250-million transformation, today’s CMC is an architecturally award-winning, mixed-use creative complex acquired by CBRE in 2024 and under new management. Our Showrooms have been reimagined and are now home to a highly curated and growing selection of prominent brands such as Free People, Levi’s, Paige, Vero Moda, Mavi Jeans, Mod Ref, Bailey Rose, Elisa Johnson Eyewear, and more. Creative Offices and Studios have also been introduced to the campus, housing corporate headquarters for leading fashion and entertainment companies such as Adidas, AXS, 7 For All Mankind, Splendid, Ross Stores Inc, and many more.

As a prominent Los Angeles Events venue, CMC is host to key fashion industry Markets and Tradeshows, such as the LA Textile Show and LA Market Weeks, as well as curated Expos, Market Pop-Ups, Sample Sales, Shopping, and Special Events that are open to the general public.
