IlCaffe, 855 S Broadway • LA outpost of a Swedish coffee shop offering espresso drinks and sandwiches at the iconic Eastern Building, with street cafe seating.
Paris Baguette, 200 E 9th St • Casual bakery-café known for French-inspired, savory or sweet baked goods and beautiful celebration cakes.
Pluma Cafe, 100 W 9th St • Modern cafe concept featuring Oaxacan-inspired, artisan coffee and chocolate drinks. Located across the street, inside Pattern Bar.
Starbucks, 300 E 9th St • Seattle-based coffeehouse chain known for its signature roasts & light bites.
Urli Bird Coffee Bar Pop-Up, Located on CMC’s Floor 2C, Tuesdays-Thursdays • Handcrafted Espresso Drinks, Tea Drinks, and fresh baked goods.
Verve Coffee Roasters, 833 S Spring St • Serving great coffee, raw juices, and baked goods in a gorgeous, contemporary setting. Great for client meetings.

Pattern Bar, 1100 S Broadway • This lively and unassuming favorite of locals is our go-to for specialty cocktails, comfort-food appetizers, live DJs, and fun vibes. Located directly across the street from CMC.
