To use the Fitness Center, registration and activation of your CMC Tenant Access Card is required
Entrance is located in the Atrium between Buildings A and B

Read and review the Rules & Regulations.
Download and complete the following Waiver. Completing and signing the Waiver establishes that you are confirming that you have read and reviewed the Rules & Regulations.
Return it to the Building Management Office in Suite A200.

Cards will be activated 24 hours after submission.

REGISTER FOR ACCESS
Open to CMC Tenants only. You will need to have your CMC Building Access Card registered and activated for Rooftop Access.
To register, submit a signed Rooftop User Agreement Form to the CMC Building Management Office. Please email cmc@brookfieldproperties.com to request an Agreement Form.
Once your Agreement Form has been submitted and approved, your existing Building Access Card will be activated for access to the Rooftop Terrace during normal operating business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Note: Hours of operation are subject to change at any time, as designated by CMC.

Place your order ahead of time for delivery Mon-Fri. Cut-off time is 10:45am for same-day delivery. No delivery fees!
3. PICK-UP YOUR ORDER ON FLOOR 2C IN BUILDING C
Your greens will be waiting for you at the Sweetgreen Outpost on Floor 2C in Building C at the assigned pickup time, with real-time order tracking + notifications.
