Strict Show Hours Policy:
Show Management requires your Exhibit Space to be fully set up, staffed and open for business during the Show Hours listed above.
Arriving after the Show begins each day is not permitted.
Leaving and vacating your booth before the Show ends each day is not permitted.
$250 Penalty: Not abiding by our Show Hours Policy will result in a $250 fine, charged to the credit card information provided on your company’s Exhibitor Contract.

Originally launched in 1993, today’s LA Textile Show has evolved into a curated and creative industry event connecting notable Textile, Design, and Manufacturing Exhibitors to a vibrant community of West Coast Fashion Designers, Product Development Teams, Fabric Sourcing Professionals, Fabric Retailers, Brand Builders, and Fashion Creatives.

Since 1993, the LA Textile Show has been exclusively located at the California Market Center (CMC) in Downtown LA’s Fashion District.

The LA Textile Show is located in Building C, home of Events, Fashion Showrooms, and Textile Showrooms at the CMC.
If you’re getting Dropped-Off by a Ride-Service on 9th Street:
Walk across the outdoor Plaza and through the Atrium.
Take the Stairs or Escalators to the 2nd Floor and enter Building C.
Take the Building C Elevator to The Loft Event Space on Floor 10C.
If you Parked in the CMC’s Main Parking Garage:
From the Parking Elevators, exit into the Atrium and head towards the Staircase.

The Loft is a 40,000 square foot event space featuring a modernized industrial aesthetic. (See photo detail at right.)

EVENT SPACE ACCESS
When You Will Have Access to the Event Space:
In addition to Move-In Hours, Show Hours, and Move-Out Hours, The Loft Event Space will open at 8:00am each morning of the Show for early Exhibitor access.
Exhibitor Badges Are Required for Event Space Access:
To ensure a professional and safe tradeshow environment, Badges are required to be worn by all Exhibitors and Attendees during LA Textile Show Hours.
Please pick up your Exhibitor Badges at the Registration Desk during Move-In Days specified above.
To access the Event Space and Exhibitor Amenities, including Parking Validation, Espresso & Tea Bar, Happy Hour, and Rooftop Party entry, Exhibitors will need to show their Exhibitor Badge.
You will be asked to show your Exhibitor Badge whenever you enter the Show Floor from the elevator bank. Please wear this Badge at all times during the Show.
LOCATION ASSIGNMENTs
When You Will Be Notified Of Your Exhibit Space Number:
Show Management will email your Exhibit Space assignment to you during the week of September 15-19.
Please do not contact our team before that time for Exhibit Space assignment information. We assure you that we do our best to finalize the Floor Plan and notify our Exhibitors as soon as it is possible to do so. Thank you in advance for your patience!
Your Assigned Exhibitor Neighborhood:
The Show Floor is organized into key Exhibitor Neighborhoods, with the goal of making it easier for Attendees to find like-minded fabrics and resources.
Your Exhibit Space will be placed in the Exhibitor Neighborhood that reflects the information you provided on your Exhibitor Contract — factors considered include: Your primary Product Categories, Price Points, and Country of Origin.
LA TEXTILE’S OPEN FLOOR LAYOUT
LA Textile features an open floor layout that nurtures camaraderie and connection, and optimizes the visibility of Exhibit Spaces and Show Areas:
Individual Booths are separated by garment racks or shelving units. There are NO side walls separating individual Booths. (See image at right for an example).
However, white fabric dividers will separate the row of Booths behind yours. (See image below for an example.)
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR EXHIBIT SPACE
Your Exhibit Space will be set-up according to the Booth Size your company selected on the Exhibitor Contract. Your assigned space will be marked on the floor during Move-In and your Booth’s boundaries will be designated by the Garment Racks or Shelves that are set-up in your Booth space.

important decor & display guidelines
Stay Inside Exhibit Space Boundaries:
All displays, equipment, signage, and decor must be placed within the boundaries of your assigned Exhibit Space.
Exhibitor is not permitted to place any displays, equipment, signage, and decor outside of your Exhibit Space boundaries, including in aisleways or on the outer corners of your Exhibit Space. Show Management will require you to relocate such items and place them within your interior Booth space.
Extending Exhibit Space boundaries beyond the Booth Size noted on your Exhibitor Contract is strictly prohibited, regardless of the extra space you may see next to your Exhibit Space. Show Management will require immediate adjustment of your Exhibit Space boundaries if we see that they have been extended.
6-Feet Height Limit:
Exhibitor’s displays, equipment, signage, and decor may not be higher than 6 feet from the ground.
Avoid Blocking Visibility of Other Exhibit Spaces:
Exhibitor displays, equipment, signage, and decor may not obstruct the visibility of other Exhibit Spaces next to or behind your Exhibitor Space.
Hanging & Installation Restrictions:
Exhibit Space displays, equipment, signage, and decor must be temporary and freestanding.
Exhibitor may not hang anything from any fixtures located on walls, columns, pipes, ceilings, or any other Event Space structures.
Exhibitor may not tape or adhere anything to Exhibit Space walls, columns, windows, ceiling or fixtures, including stickers, pins, nails, screws, double-sided tape, velcro, etc.
Supplies You Need for Decorating:
Please plan ahead and bring the supplies needed for setting up your Exhibit Space displays and decorating.
LA Textile does not provide the following frequently-asked items: Clamps, zip ties, S-hooks, masking tape, steamers, mannequins, ladders, drills, table linens, hangers, hooks, or extension cords. Please plan accordingly.
Storage & BOXES IN YOUR EXHIBIT SPACE
To help elevate the presentation of the LA Textile Show, we ask Exhibitors to refrain from allowing boxes, suitcases, and storage containers to remain visible in your Exhibit Space during the show.
Please allow Show Management to store your empty boxes, suitcases, and storage containers until the end of the show.
DAMAGE & LOSS
All CMC furnishings and equipment set up in your Exhibit Space must be left in the same condition in which they were provided to you.
Every Exhibit Space will be inspected after Move-Out. Exhibitor will be invoiced for any damages to the booth and/or fixtures, extra equipment rentals, etc. Exhibitor will receive an invoice for any charges no later than a week after the Show.
Branding & beautifying your Exhibit Space is encouraged!
Mannequins are welcome as long as they are within your Exhibit Space boundaries.
Note the Exhibit Space ID Floor Decal we provide.
Signage on Easels & Banner Stands are welcome!
SIGNAGE POLICIES
Every Exhibit Space includes one (1) Floor Decal featuring your Booth Number and the Company Name you specified on your Exhibitor Contract. (See example in the image at left.)
You are welcome to decorate with extra signage, but please note, strict Signage Policies apply.
Bringing Extra Signage
Free-standing signage is welcome as long as it is not wider than your Exhibit Space boundaries, does not surpass our 6 feet height limit, and does not obstruct the visibility of any Exhibit Space behind or next to your signage.
Exhibitor may hang signage on equipment and furniture located within your Exhibit Space as long as it does not damage the equipment and furniture. (See example at left).
Signage is only permitted INSIDE of the boundaries of your Exhibit Space.
Placement Restrictions
Signage may NOT be placed on any walls, columns, windows, or any other Event Space surfaces, even if these surfaces are inside of your Exhibit Space or adjacent to your Exhibit Space.
Signage may NOT hang from ceiling fixtures or any other structural surfaces in the Event Space.
Signage may NOT be placed outside of the boundaries of your assigned Exhibit Space.
If you’ve been assigned a corner location, signage may NOT be placed on the outer corner of your Exhibit Space or on the exterior side of your racks and shelves.
Size Restrictions
Signage must not be wider than your booth’s boundaries. Signage height must not surpass 6 feet from the ground.
Signage may NOT obstruct visibility of other Exhibit Spaces located behind or next to your Sign.
Signage Equipment & Supplies
Please plan ahead and bring your own sign holders and supplies for displaying or hanging signage. Show Management does not provide these items.
Important: Show Management will require immediate removal of any signage that does not abide by these policies.
Flowers, PLANTS & DECORATIVE ITEMS
We highly encourage you to make your Exhibit Space as welcoming and aesthetically pleasing as possible.
A Couple of Friendly Reminders:
Exhibitors must provide their own flowers, plants, or any other decorative items for your booth.
Please do NOT take these items from any LA Textile Show area.
Show Management will not provide these items to individual Exhibitors.
A simple vase of fresh flowers instantly increases Exhibit Space aesthetic.

Move-In & Set-Up Is Not Permitted On Tuesday, October 7:
Moving-in or setting-up your Exhibit Space on the first day of the Show, or when the Show has already started, is not permitted.
Additionally, once the Show begins, CMC will not provide Exhibitors with any set-up, furniture, equipment, or storage assistance.
Deliveries or transport of luggage, boxes, display equipment, or furniture on the Show floor during Show Hours is not permitted

Checking-In at the Registration Desk is Required:
Head to the Registration Desk in the Event Space on Floor 10C on Move-In Day.
Check-in with our Show Team and let them know you have arrived.
Collect your Team’s Exhibitor Badges: Exhibitor Badges are required to be worn by all members of your company for access to the Event Space.
How To Have Your Shipment In Your Exhibit Space On Move-In Day:
If your Shipment is received by our Shipping deadline, our Show Team will place your Shipment in your Exhibit Space so that it will be ready for you to unpack it on Move-In Day: View Shipping Instructions
Driving? Where To Park & Unload
For Light Loads You Can Carry By Hand: Park in our Main Parking Garage and use our Passenger Elevators to get to the Event Space on Floor 10C. This is strictly limited to loads that can be picked up and carried by hand.
For Transporting Wheeled, Heavy & Oversized Loads: Please park temporarily in our Loading Dock and use our Freight Elevators which transport you directly into the Event Space on Floor 10C.
Extra Equipment, Furniture & Rack Needs:
If you pre-ordered extra equipment, extra furniture, or garment rack upgrades before the September 8 deadline, these items will already be set-up in your Exhibit Space.
If you have any additional equipment needs, please visit the Registration Desk. Please note: Quantities are limited and availability is not guaranteed.
Storing Your Luggage & Boxes During the Show:
Please deliver all luggage and boxes to the Registration Desk for complimentary storage so that they are not visible to Attendees on the Show Floor.
Please do not to keep luggage and boxes in your Exhibit Space.
Pick up your luggage and boxes at the Registration Desk beginning at, 4:00pm on Thursday, October 9.
Exhibitor Badges must be worn at all times.
END OF THE SHOW
When Can You Start Packing & Moving Out?
LA Textile Show ends at 4:00pm on Thursday, October 9:
Exhibitors may begin packing at 4:00pm on Thursday, October 9.
Pick up your luggage and boxes at the Registration Desk beginning at, 4:00pm on Thursday, October 9.
All Exhibit Spaces should be vacated by 12:00pm on Friday, October 10. All items remaining in Exhibit Space after this time will be discarded.
Strict Show Hours Policy:
We require all booths to be fully set up, staffed and open for business until 4:00pm on Thursday, October 9.
A $250 penalty will apply to any exhibitor who begins packing before this time, or who has vacated their Exhibit Space before this time, and will be charged to the credit card information provided on your company’s Exhibitor Contract.
SHIPPING YOUR FREIGHT TO CMC BEFORE MOVE-IN
Schedule your shipment to be delivered during these dates ONLY:
Monday, September 29 - Friday, October 3
Exhibitors may ship product and items to CMC for setting up your Exhibit Space prior to Move-In Day; however, CMC cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged, stolen or misplaced packages. CMC Events will accept packages labeled as below and store them in a secure location until Move-In Day.
For security purposes, your storage will not be delivered to your Exhibit Space until Move-In Day.
DO NOT send packages to arrive on Saturday or Sunday. CMC is closed on Saturday and Sunday and we will not be responsible for receiving freight over the weekend.
General Hours for Shipping Deliveries:
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm
All wooden pallets brought into the facility must be removed from the facility and cannot remain behind or be disposed of in the CMC’s trash bins.

Please track your package and stay abreast on the whereabouts of your shipment through the tracking information given from the shipping company. CMC will not be held liable for any lost, damaged or misplaced packages and will not track your shipment on your behalf. Exhibitors who ship to CMC must take full responsibility for the whereabouts of their own shipments.
FEDEX
FedEx maintains a shipping office & print center on the ground level of the CMC that offers “hold at location” services. Packages can be shipped directly to the FedEx office and held for pickup. Packages can also be shipped directly from the FedEx office. For information regarding services at the FedEx location at CMC, click here.
Once the Event Ends:
RETURNING YOUR OWN SHIPMENT
Don’t Leave Anything Behind at CMC!
All Exhibitors are responsible for packing, removing and shipping their own property out of The Loft Event Space no later than 12:00pm on Friday, October 10.
Please arrange your freight pick-up no later than the Wednesday prior to Move-Out day.
For your convenience, FedEx is located in our Lobby. Contact them at: 800-463-3339.
Shipping vendors generally refuse to pick up containers that are overpacked, opened at closure points, or taped poorly. Please confirm that your packing style meets their requirements.
CMC will not be responsible for storing, shipping or ensuring courier pick-up of your freight. Any product, signage or materials left in The Loft Event Space after 6:00pm on Thursday after Move-Out ends will become property of CMC Events and will be discarded.

When to Use the Loading Dock & Freight Elevators
Rolling racks, carts, dollies, hand trucks, heavy wheeled suitcases or other wheeled transportation methods that cannot be carried by hand must be transported between our Loading Dock and Freight Elevators.
Loading Dock Access
Loading Dock is available for Exhibitors and their Vendors or Couriers to load/unload from personal vehicles or delivery vehicles.
CMC porter assistance is not available. Please supply your own manpower.
Loading Dock vehicle height clearance: 13’ 8”.
Access to the Loading Dock is complimentary and on a first come, first served basis. Limited to 30 minutes max.
CMC’s Loading Docks do not have a lift-gate. Trucks attempting to deliver to the Loading Docks will therefore require their own lift gate to reach the platform.
30-Minute Loading Dock Parking Limit
The Loading Dock is for loading and unloading purposes only.
Parking in the Loading Dock is supervised by CMC Security and limited to 30 minutes max.
Once you load/unload your materials, you must move your vehicle to the CMC Main Parking Garage. The entrance located on Main Street, next to the Loading Dock entrance.
Freight Elevators
Use the Freight Elevators to transport loads between the Loading Dock and The Loft Event Space on Floor 10C.
Passenger Elevators can ONLY be used for loads you can carry by hand.

Select Your Samples Using the Trend Guidelines: Send us your best Fabric and Trim Samples in a variety of textures and colors in prints and solids, using the Fall/Winter 26/27 Trend Guidelines provided by Peclers Paris. Samples Must Abide By Color & Trend Guidelines. We will not include samples that do not reflect any of the colors, print motifs, or textures that are indicated in these guidelines.
Note: Although we will include swatches from every Exhibitor who sends them in by the deadline, selection of all swatches you send is NOT guaranteed. Additionally, swatches will not be returned. Please select your quantities accordingly.
2. Send 10”x10” Swatches or Larger.
3. Do NOT send fabrics attached to headers or cardboard.
4. Label every Individual Sample with Your Company Name
Place a small label on the back of your fabric swatch with your company name. Please DO NOT staple the label onto your fabrics.
5. Ship your Samples to arrive no later than Friday, September 12. We cannot guarantee we will include your samples if they arrive after this date.
